Condition Remains GREEN

Various Facebook "1st status" scams are spreading, these scams try to entice users by informing them of "What there first update was.

Users should remember the following when using Facebook to avoid scams:

  1. Messages that state "Facebook help, hard to use, how do I.."
  2. Date is random or taken from date user signed up on.
  3. The links in the update use a short URL.
  4. The link is to an installer.
  5. The account it is sent from is usually fake and the person in most of the time a female.
  6. The account usually fake is from an attractive user.
  7. Promise to show users there first status update.

The scam common thread is that users are promised to find out what their first status update. If you do not know the person you should block them.
