Apple has released AirPort Utility 6.1 for Mac. This update supports the Dual Band AirPort Express and IPv6 network configurations. If you are not using IPv6 you should set your AirPort to Link-local only in Internet Options.

You should also set your devices to Link-local only or can turn off IPv6 using networksetup in terminal.
